This class is an opportunity to experience asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) at a pace which allows for a focus on alignment and proper technique. There will be verbal and physical adjustments so that students can feel the correct alignment in their bodies; this will build muscle memory in a posture so that you are prepared for the faster paced flow classes. Great for beginners to understand the basics of vinyasa and an opportunity for the experienced yogi to have the ears, eyes and heart of a new practitioner. There is such power in fine tuning and revisiting postures that you have done hundreds, maybe thousands of times. This is the perfect opportunity to develop and expand your practice!
